Usage – How to use this Health Supplement  –

The intake of Niramaya Buti is to be 45 gms per day. 1st 15 gms, empty stomach in morning with 1 -2 tea spoon Honey and warm water.

15 gms dosage with 1 tea spoon of honey at Night, along with warm water/cow milk after Dinner. Soak 15 gms Buti overnight in 1.5 – 2 ltrs of water, in earthen-ware. You can consume this 1- 1.5 ltrs water in parts with Honey and amla Juice with black salt etc. as per your taste during day time or can also filter this decoction and use it as per you taste by adding Honey & Amla Juice.

उपयोग – इस स्वास्थ्य अनुपूरक का उपयोग कैसे करें

निरामया बूटी का सेवन प्रतिदिन 45 ग्राम करना है। १ १५ ग्राम, सुबह खाली पेट १-२ चम्मच शहद और गर्म पानी के साथ।

१५ ग्राम की मात्रा रात में १ चम्मच शहद के साथ रात के खाने के बाद गर्म पानी/गाय के दूध के साथ लें। १५ ग्राम बुटी को १.५-२ लीटर पानी में रात भर के लिए मिट्टी के बर्तन में भिगो दें। आप इस 1-1.5 लीटर पानी को शहद और आंवला के रस में काला नमक आदि मिलाकर दिन में अपने स्वाद के अनुसार सेवन कर सकते हैं या इस काढ़े को छान भी सकते हैं और इसमें शहद और आंवला जूस मिलाकर अपने स्वाद के अनुसार उपयोग कर सकते हैं।
